Angry Man

By Gro Dahle & Svein Nyhus

“Angry Man” is a hopeful picture book about difficult living conditions that takes a serious look at the vulnerability of children in an adult world, sending an important message out to children whose lives resemble Boj’s: You are not alone. It is not your fault. You should tell somebody you trust. Because it doesn’t have to be that way.

Suitable for children from 5 years old, as well as parents, teachers, psychologists, family counsellors and other adults who relate to parents and children.

Gro Dahle (b. 1962) writes for both children and adults. As a children’s author she is known for her poetic books on themes that are often given little attention. Her poetry collections “Riddles of Rain” and “A Hundred Thousand Hours” have solid places in the canon of modern Norwegian poetry. She has also published novels and short stories.

Svein Nyhus is a Norwegian illustrator and writer of children’s books. Svein Nyhus was born in Tønsberg as the twin brother of caricaturist Egil Nyhus. He took his education at the Norwegian National Academy of Craft and Art Industry from 1981 to 1985.
